Located at the western end of Rakaia Island, Manuka Farm encompasses approximately 312 hectares of flat land, milking 1,050 cows. The entire effective area is irrigated using pivot and solid set systems for optimal water management. At the centre of the farm, you’ll find a 54-bail internal rotary dairy shed, equipped with Waikato milking technology and a range of labour-saving features, including in-bail feeding, ADF milking clusters, electronic cup removers, Allflex-collar technology and drafting gates. Led by Jano Abarca Paz along with a dedicated team of four.
